4,000sf masonry and concrete retail store includes tower and barrel tile roof with faux corbels to fit into the Venice Florida Spanish architecture. Eyebrow decorative barrel tile roof  with columns at entry added for curb appeal.  Challenges included small site footprint located on the corner of US 41, also under construction, with minimal setbacks to the sidewalk and building pad directly next to neighboring restaurant.   Site, Roof and HVAC subcontractor coordination with DOT , FPL for overhead line clearance and the neighboring restaurant, key to site safety. Interior walls slat wall floor to ceiling for merchandise display with exposed utilities and HVAC Ductsox. 

Ph1-6,750sf shell building with white box interior. Drive through lane/window ready for Starbucks build out & 3 other retail spaces. Out parcel parking lot site completed

Ph2- Edward Jones office build out. Concrete floor poured for office & utilities stubbed out for rest of build out space

 Ph3- Concrete floor poured for KHM travel office space with black exposed ceilings

3036sf masonry and structural steel building for retail sales. Glass on front of the building with storefront entry to let light into showroom.  Interior includes safe room, sales floor, storage and office.

Special roof drains installed at back of building. Shopping center out parcel site development also done by Manasota.
